2. Services Description

AdApproveAI provides an AI-powered platform that analyzes ad creatives (images and videos) for potential compliance issues with Facebook's advertising policies and other social media platforms. Our Services include:

• Automated scanning of ad creatives for policy violations
• Detailed reports with violation explanations and improvement suggestions
• AI-generated mockups and alternative creative suggestions
• Compliance probability assessments
• Historical scan tracking and analytics

Important Disclaimer: Our Services are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that your ads will be approved by Facebook or any other platform. Ad approval decisions are made solely by the respective platforms based on their own policies and review processes. 3. User Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

3.3 Account Termination

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.2 Payment Terms

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to manipulate our services or gain unauthorized access

• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities to gain free credits, change subscription plans, or access premium features
• Attempting to access, steal, or manipulate other users' data, accounts, or personal information
• Using our services to conduct security testing or penetration testing without explicit written permission
• Attempting to reverse engineer our AI models, algorithms, or proprietary technology
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent billing, credit limits, or service restrictions
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account
• Attempting to manipulate our scanning results or analysis algorithms

6.2 Financial Penalties

If you engage in any prohibited security activities, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to defraud our services, you agree to pay us a penalty of $10,000 USD (or equivalent in your local currency) as liquidated damages for:

• Investigating and responding to security incidents
• Implementing additional security measures
• Potential loss of business and reputation damage
• Legal and administrative costs
• Compensation for any data breaches or user privacy violations

This penalty is in addition to any other remedies available to us under law, including but not limited to account termination, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

6.3 Security Reporting

If you discover a legitimate security vulnerability in our services, we encourage responsible disclosure. Please report security issues to:

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

Our Services analyze compliance with third-party platform policies (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. Platform policies may change without notice, and we cannot guarantee our analysis reflects the most current policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdApproveAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from ad rejections or account suspensions
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any damages arising from your use of our Services

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdApproveAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
